Big Ass Checks, LLC will offer a free trip to space to one lucky winner entering our free draw! Entering your name and email address twice will automatically disqualify you from winning the FREE trip to space!

You need to fill out every field in order to be entered in the draw to be contacted if you are the winner! The winner will be randomly selected on December 8th, 2008 by Mark Mucci, Esq. at the offices of Benson, Mucci, and Associates, LLP, located at 5561 North University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida 33067. Only one winner will be picked and contacted by Big Ass Checks, LLC no later than 10 business days after the draw. In case the winner cannot be contacted with the information given and after exhausting any reasonable effort to contact winner, Big Ass Checks, LLC reserves the right to pick a replacement winner within 30 business days by same attorney at the same location! If Big Ass Checks, LLC, decides to offer a second trip into space or any other premium, you will be automatically re entered indefinitely unless you choose to be removed. Voluntarily! Applicant acknowledges and therefore agrees to receive special promotions by any means from Big Ass Checks, LLC. Big Ass Checks, LLC will never sell or exchange your information with anyone!

Please be advised that if you wish to remove your name from the database at any time, you will automatically be removed from the DRAW!

Winner will be required to sign a 1099 form from the IRS or any other form required by the US government and/or Big Ass Checks, LLC in order to receive his or her prize.

Participant acknowledges and understands that this offer solely relies on the commercial space program being completed and that Big Ass Checks, LLC will not be liable in any way in case the space program is cancelled or postponed. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the program for more than a two-year period, Big Ass Checks, LLC, will offer an alternate price which will either be a $200,000 house of the winner's choice or a $200,000 Big Ass Check with the winner's name on it!

Participant and winner understand and acknowledge that he or she will be required to sign an IRS 1099 form for the value of the prize given in order to claim the prize. No exceptions.

Next winner will be picked on February 6th 2006 and if you do not win, your name will be picked every six months thereafter and your information will be re entered indefinitely unless you choose to be removed voluntarily!
