What is Probate or Probate Estate?
Probate is when a person dies - all belongings go to an “Estate”. An “Estate" is all the contents the deceased has left to the heirs; for instance, cars, boats, houses, etc. A personal representative or "Executor" is assigned to mange the “Estate”; this personal representative is usually an heir on the “Estate”. I will give you all the tools you need to locate those Probate deals and make a win/win situation out of them.
